适用范围：抽真空包装机适用于各种塑料复合膜和塑料铝箔复合膜的各种包装，对液体、半流体、固体粒状、粉状、糊状的食品、鲜果、蔬菜、大米、鲜花、化学药品、贵重药材、名贵字画、电子原器件以及各种防蛀、防腐、防潮、防霉变、防氧化物品进行真空包装或真空充氮包装，使其延长保质期。
真空包装机能够自动抽出包装袋内的空气，达到预定真空度后完成封口工序。亦可再充入氮气或其它混合气体，然后完成封口工序。真空包装机常被用于食品行业，因为经过真空包装以后，食品能够抗氧化，从而达到长期保存的目的。
整机采用可编程逻辑控制器、触摸屏、气动控制元件、智能数显温度控制系统，具有封口整齐美观，盒子卫生，故障率低等特点，是餐饮企业自动化生产的产品。
设备基本结构：
1、机架部分：采用优质碳钢焊接而成（也可以做整机不锈钢），外覆不锈钢，接触地面装有坚固螺栓。
2、传动系统：电机、减速机、凸轮分割器、模板、传动链条等组成。
3、落杯系统：由机架、滑轨、储杯仓、推杯气缸等成。由ＰＬＣ控制系统，模板停止时发送信号同步控制动作完成。
4、灌装系统：储料缸为不锈钢304材质，气缸行程工作活塞式定量灌装、非接触式灌装、灌装量可自由调节、定量准确，带有液位控制装置。
5、打码系统：自动色带打码（恒温控制）可调，可快速更换字码。装卸简便。
6、校膜系统：光电眼跟踪自动纠正膜图案与杯口对正。
7、封口系统：采用恒温（智能温控）热压两次封口，封口头为铜、铝组合式，便于
更换。封口压力可调。
8、切膜机构：冷冲切，切出盖膜带易撕口，方便开口。
