适用范围：杯装灌装包装机，适用于各种形状的杯装食品、医药、日化、化工等行业产品的灌装封口包装。
设备基本结构：
1、机架部分：采用优质碳钢焊接而成（也可以做整机不锈钢），外覆不锈钢，接触地面装有坚固螺栓。
2、传动系统：电机、减速机、凸轮分割器、模板、传动链条等组成。
3、落杯系统：由机架、滑轨、储杯仓、推杯气缸等成。由PLC控制系统，模板停止时发送信号同步控制动作完成。
4、灌装系统：储料缸为不锈钢304材质，气缸行程工作活塞式定量灌装、非接触式灌装、灌装量可自由调节、定量准确，带有液位控制装置。
5、打码系统：自动色带打码（恒温控制）可调，可快速更换字码。装卸简便。
6、校膜系统：光电眼跟踪自动纠正膜图案与杯口对正。
7、放盖系统：由盖仓、旋转气缸、机械臂、吸盘等构成（真空发生器）片膜。
8、封口系统：采用恒温（智能温控）热压两次封口，封口头为铜、铝组合式，便于更换，封口压力可调。
9、切膜机构：冷冲切，切出盖膜带易撕口，方便开口。
10、出杯系统：滑轨、滑块、可变速电机、安装支架组成。
11、控制系统：采用欧母龙继电器、PLC可编程控制，
BG型自动灌装封口机，采用链条步进式传动机构。可24小时连续工作。采用不锈钢、铝合金、铜等防腐材料符合食品卫生法，性能稳定、可靠是理想的饮料生产线的主要设备。本机可自动（手工）放杯。
