一、结构特点：该机采用不锈钢制造,适用于各种形状的塑料瓶、塑料杯等容器的灌装封口。广泛应用于食品饮料、酿造等领域。
二、基本功能：自动落杯、自动灌装、自动打码、自动两次封口、自动切边、自动收取废膜、自动出杯一次完成的全自动灌装封口机。
三、设备结构：
1、基本工艺：自动落杯-自动灌装-自动打码-自动校膜-自动热压两次封口-自动切膜-自动出杯。
2、机架部分：采用优质碳钢焊接而成，外覆304不锈钢，接触地面装有坚固螺栓，整机光亮整洁，接触地面装有坚固螺栓。整机重要构件精准定位切割及数控机床加工成型。
3、铝板部分：模块铝板五孔双排铝合金耐酸铝模具。（可根据用户需求设计新型机）。

5、落杯系统：由机架、滑轨、储杯仓、推杯气缸等成。由PLC控制系统，模板停止时发送信号同步控制动作完成。
6、灌装系统：储料缸为不锈钢304材质，大小可定制。采用活塞式灌装，灌装量50-200ml，灌装量可自由调节、定量准确。
7、打码系统：自动色带打码（恒温控制）可调，可快速更换字码。装卸简便。
8、校膜系统：光电眼跟踪自动纠正膜图案与杯口对正。
9、封口系统：采用恒温（智能温控）热压封口，封口压力可调。
10、切膜系统：采用冷冲切，切刀为细齿刀。
11、出杯系统：自动掉落。
